- a solid hand to hand
- different entrances into hand to hand
We can teach in English or German, depending on who is joining our workshop.

Ich bin Bekka, liebe die upside down Welt und freue mich schon sehr darauf ein paar schöne Akrobatik-Tage und Workshops mit euch zu verbringen!
Ursprünglich komme ich aus dem turnerischen Bereich. Vergangenes Jahr hat mich dann das Fliegen gecatcht, wodurch ich mich glücklicherweise auf die Acronia verirrt habe. Seitdem trainiere ich überwiegend Standing Akrobatik und ab und zu Icariens.
