Espresso shot is a dynamic flow including different Whips. We will go through the different moves like tarzan whip, handbird, backwhip and combine them to a flow.
Prerequisite:
Some experience with tarzan whips.
I am Matthias from Frankfurt. I've been doing AcroYoga for five years now. Mostly I appreciate washing machines with dynamic twists and turns and throwing Icarians. I've been sharing my knowledge for a couple of years now and am looking forward to do so at Arconia once again.
Ich heiße Anna und komme aus dem Rhein Main Gebiet. Acro Yoga mache ich seit 2016, hauptsächlich als L-Base Flyerin, versuche mich aber auch immer mal wieder an stehender Akrobatik. In letzter Zeit übe ich häufiger Icarians.
Seit 2018 bin ich Yoga Lehrerin und unterrichte am liebsten entspannte Hatha oder Yin Yoga Stunden oder Yoga Nidra. Ansonsten findet man mich häufig in der Natur mit meiner Hündin Wilma.
