A Montreal-Style Flow that combines elements from floor acrobatics with acroyoga transitions.
Our focus in this workshop will be on listening to each others’s bodies and making our movements smooth and effortless.
At the end, it should feel like a little partner dance, with an unusual entrance and exit from the flow.

Side star
Is there a better way to start the day than getting upside down with a group of like-minded movers? We Every second day we will gather for some warm-up and mobility exercises, practice different handstand shapes and challenge our balance on our hands.
The workshop is open-level, we will find a challenge for everybody.

We want to invite you to an exploration of handstands on bodyparts. We will introduce you to different ways of being upside-down and finding equilibrium together with another monkey friend. Our focus will be on listening to one another and being curious in our shared movements.
You don't need a stable handstand to join the workshop, but it will be a little more safe and fun if you are able to be on your hands for at least 10 seconds against a wall.

In this workshop we’ll dive into the practice of basing with both legs and arms at the same time. This will enable us to explore various planes and rotations that will lead us to surprising new positions. This clumsy but challenging flow will challenge our coordination and patience, but most importantly our playful minds.
Pre-Reqs:
It should be easy for you to base / fly a four-step, a side star and a straddle-throne.
On top of that, you should feel somewhat comfortable in a low foot to hand.
