Prereq: some experience with pops and icarian (at least straight throws-american chair to american chair/ bird to bird), for flyer only: 20sec handstand against a wall
Vor sieben Jahren habe ich Acro entdeckt und seitdem spielt es eine sehr grosse Rolle in meinem Leben. Ich trainiere und unterrichte leidenschaftlich gerne und liebe was Acro fuer mich ausmacht: Spass, Weiterentwicklung, Vertrauen und Gemeinschaft.
