A Montreal-Style Flow that combines elements from floor acrobatics with acroyoga transitions.
Our focus in this workshop will be on listening to each others’s bodies and making our movements smooth and effortless.
At the end, it should feel like a little partner dance, with an unusual entrance and exit from the flow.

Eva is a certified AcroYoga and Circus Trainer and loves to play, move and sweat in community. In the world of acrobatics, her current darling is the art of handbalancing. In her facilitation, she intends to create a save and creative space for every body to explore and enjoy the journey of the practice.

9 years ago, Julia was introduced to Acroyoga, and has ever since eagerly been flying and basing, learning and laughing with Acroyoga.
She is originally schooled as a gymnast, but with her experience and excitement for Dance and Bodywork, her teaching is inspired from a big variety of dancy elements, anatomical inputs, playfullness and gentle touch.
