For this workshop we came up with a flow in which neither the base nor the flyer is allowed to use their hands. We developed this flow to have a nice challenge and not to have the most graceful flow. We packed this flow with challenging elements like a jump on the base, some slackro, some icarian, a whip and other elements and all of them without using any hands! :)

Hey. Ich bin Sandro aus Dresden.
Ich bin jetzt das 3. Jahr bei der Acronia und gebe das 2. Jahr Workshops. Akrobatik ist nun schon seit 3 Jahren meine Leidenschaft und es gibt kaum eine Woche in der ich nicht Akrobatik mache.
Ich möchte euch diese Leidenschaft gerne spüren lassen und euch mit ganz viel Enthusiasmus verrückten Stuff beibringen. :)
