This workshop will be directed to everyone who has tried aerial arts before and would like to deepen their consciousness of how they move and what story they want to tell. We will be experiment with simple movements and tricks on the aerial hoop and trapeze which we want to realize in different body qualities to experiment feelings and flow in various ways.
It’s not so much about what You do, as more about how You do it.
I am an aerial performer and fire dancer from Germany. I started my performance work based on dance and theatrical acting in 2017 in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where I introduced aerial courses to everyone interested in circus and started a small community in this small island state. With about 11 years of experience practicing aerial arts and over 15 years of dance and expression work I feel ready to share some of the gems I found along my way.
