In my regular life, I work in a consultancy. During a trip through India, I visited an ashram and lived there for a while. During this time, I started learning about yoga philosophy and was able to immediately apply it to my own life. Practicing yoga felt super natural to me, bringing some kind of magic back into my life, and that's why I started practicing daily.
With yoga as my background, I ventured into AcroYoga, floor, partner and circus acrobatics. I really enjoy just starting to move and seeing where it takes me. That's why you'll experience some movements or training methods in my classes inspired by other disciplines as well.

Move & Groove: Interactive Body Movement! 8:30-9:30 (60 minutes)

We will listen to some activating music and flow through moving sequences through the tent/floor, we will start with a 10-15 min warmup and then the sequences will get little bit harder, tricky and new. The target is, that you leave the course totally in your body, fully warmed up, stretched and energized. There is not much talking, just looking and repeating the showed exercise. There are partner exercises aswell.

Advanced Yoga 8:30-9:45 (75 Min)

We are diving into a series of advanced yoga poses after a good warm up and different sun salutation variations. there are not a lot explanations for the well known poses, so prereq should be a regular yoga praxis for at least 1 year with the willing to challenge oneself. IF you have injuries, please be aware of it and stay at an more easy variation.

This yoga class focuses in detail on beginner poses and sequences. After a warm-up, we transition into Sun Salutations A/B/C and delve into each pose in detail. Then, we concentrate on a specific area important for AcroYoga. Hips and hamstrings / Shoulders and wrists / Opening the upper back for gentle backbends. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, sometimes it's just good to take it slow and reconsider the basics of your practice. This yoga class is for those moments. Depends on participants the Session will be hold in German or English.
