You like fluidity and transformation? This is, what defines Mar – not only as an acroyogi, but also as a dancer and a fashion designer. Based in Barcelona, Mar has special interest in all the movement disciplines as acrobatic dance, tribal fusion bellydance, contemporary dance, contact dance and flamenco. She has been learning and teaching all over the world in research of the middle path between dance & acroyoga since 2015. She has never stopped learning from whoever she has the chance to share and play with. At the Acronia she will not only share her unique style in Acroyoga with us she will also bring some of her wonderful clothes for a litte market place. In this deep dive we'll go into the technical intricacies of the castaway to make it safer, smoother and higher.
This class is for you if you're already doing the castaway, and you want to play with the details like angles, timing, reception, body tension.

Your body knows more than you think. Explore massage in a safe setting, feeling your own flow of giving and receiving. We will start with a meditation and consensual talk. Eventually, we will create groups of three and get enough time for everybody to enjoy both rolls.
We will play and explore our senses in the space and with the people around. Blindfolding will be our tool to tune into a sensitive comunication with our acro partner while practising acroyoga.
Explorative workshop in between dance and acro looking at the efortless fluidity. We will play with transfer weight and changing rols creating loops that move in the space.
L- basing flow with a mix of different flavors. Fun sequence with a bit of everything, some pops, whips and slackro, our specialty
Explore the balance in different body parts while moving to different acro poses. Challange yourself to listen every step you make. Notice this is not a Slack line workshop.
It's an open level workshop with no pre req. Creative L-basing flow with possibility to spice it up with pops. You will feel your abs afterwards ;)
