Annika fell in love with Acro 7 years ago - and since then her world was turned upside down. She specialized in hand to hand and handstands, but also loves group acro and icarian.
In her workshops she likes to create a fun learning atmosphere with a focus on technical progressions and positive communication.

You need some input for your H2H? This workshop is jam-packed with tips, exercises, and tons switching.

We build up to standing H2H, running through low H2H variations and standing H2H exercises, all while constantly switching partners. You will walk out of this workshop with many experiences and maybe with a few new connections.

Tempos sind die Grundlage aller dynamischen Tricks. Kein sauberes Tempo, kein sauberer Trick!
Wir zeigen euch wie wir Tempos trainieren, kallibribren und worauf es dabei ankommt. Wir nutzen diese Routine zum einen zum Aufwärmen, aber auch um zu checken wie wir an dem Tag zusammen drauf sind und wie wir entsprechend sinnvoll und sicher trainieren können.
