This is a Morning Yoga Flow for mobility, strenghtening & stretching : )
Mmh I know 8am can feel very early for some, especially on the penultimate day of Acronia!
With my gentle, mobilising and invigorating Morning Yoga Flow, I want you to start the day well warmed up. Waking up your body and mind! My experience shows me time and time again that, even if I roll out my yoga mat in the morning feeling tired, I start the day so much fresher and more energised after my practice! : )
Feel free to drop by and if you realise during the practice that you are too tired - Balasana (Child's Pose) is of course always a lovely asana (body posture) to stay longer while being surrounded by others ♡

Yoga (an Indian philosophy of life) has accompanied me throughout my life since my youth. Initially, I focused mainly on my own yoga practice, which taught me to pay better attention to my body and to recognize and appreciate my needs, feelings and emotions.
During my studies in 'Health Psychology & Medical Pedagogy' (B.A.), which I began in Heidelberg and completed in Munich, I deepened my yoga practice in a small group. I attended my first yoga classes with a fellow student at the Kohlhof in Heidelberg, a cozy room with a wood-burning stove.
I did my 200h+ basic yoga training in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga in spring 2022 at 'Patrick Broome Yoga Akadamy' in Munich and on the Fraueninsel, Chiemsee. This not only gave me a deeper insight into yoga philosophy, the anatomy of postures (asanas) and the design of yoga classes, but above all showed me the joy of teaching.
My yoga classes are dynamic, flowing classes in which I focus on conscious breathing (pranayama) and good body alignment and in particular want to meet the possibilities and wishes of you practitioners. For me, strengthening exercises are just as much a part of a beneficial practice as calm and relaxing sessions, which I accompany with music, singing bowls and small massages or simply allow you participants to be in silence.
I had long been interested in experiencing yoga in its origins. After completing my Master's degree in 'Applied Educational Sciences/Pedagogy', I went to India for two months in March 2024. In Varkala, Kerala (South India) I did an Advanced Yoga Teacher Training (300h) in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga at Devvrats Yoga Shanga for four weeks. I am very grateful for the opportunity and a big thank you to my teachers and friends!
You are welcome to experience the very intensive, instructive time - me - in my yoga class and perhaps also discover a deeper awareness for yourself and your fellow human beings.
