In this workshop we are going to do washing machines with two flyers and one base. We are going to fall, laugh and have a ton of fun figuring out balance and movement. Prerequisites are solid basic washing machines like ninja star, foot to hand experience and some endurance for the bases.

I have been doing AcroYoga for five years and enjoy sharing the positivity of the support. Growing together, learning new tricks and movements is pure pleasure to me, so I decided a couple of years back to share my knowledge wherever I go.
I had a great time the last two years teaching at acronia so I decided to continue!
I've been doing acroyoga for 6 years, started in Montreal then Tübingen and now Frankfurt.
Lately I really enjoyed standing acrobatics. Mostly I fly but I also like to switch perspectives and base.
Acro mache ich jetzt schon eine ganze Weile an verschiedenen Orten. Seit 2020 aber in Frankfurt heimisch. Das ist dieses Jahr meine vierte Acronia und ich freue mich ein bisschen Acro wissen oder eben auch einfach spielerische Waschmaschinen weitergeben zu dürfen.
