Vinyasa Yoga teacher with experience of 6 years of teaching Yoga and 10 years of practice. I constantly educate myself in the field of yoga, because it is an endless path of development. During my classes I use different yoga styles like Vinyasa, Iyengar method or Ashtanga to adapt the practice to individual needs. I believe that yoga has transformative power and helps the practitioner realize their full potential
