We came up with a little beginner friendly flow with basic L-Base tricks.
The Flow contains: Bird - shoulder stand - Buddha - reverse bird - couch - flying whale - chair - swan - bird.

Prereq: tried Shoulder stand at least once or twice

We'll introduce you to chair, titanic, flag, jesus, two (wo)men high, and optionally high 'Z'.
Everyone is welcome to join.

What are washing machines? You start at one position, do something fun and end up in the same position again. E.g. Corkskrew: bird - sidestar - star - sidestar - bird.
