Let's find some time for a peaceful start into the day. We'll begin to connect with ourselves in silence and have a mental reset through meditation. Afterwards we will practise Pranayama, a series of yogic breathwork exercises. Pranayama helps to balance your energies and to start the day feeling grounded and focused. There are no prerequisits for this workshop. If you wish to join, please be aware that this will be a class with very little interaction, respecting everyone's space in silence.

My name is Sophia and I teach Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga in Leipzig. During the past years I have learned to appreciate meditation and pranayama as the most important part of my days. I would love to share this experience and find stillness together.
