This yoga class focuses in detail on beginner poses and sequences. After a warm-up, we transition into Sun Salutations A/B/C and delve into each pose in detail. Then, we concentrate on a specific area important for AcroYoga. Hips and hamstrings / Shoulders and wrists / Opening the upper back for gentle backbends. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, sometimes it's just good to take it slow and reconsider the basics of your practice. This yoga class is for those moments. Depends on participants the Session will be hold in German or English.

In my regular life, I work in a consultancy. During a trip through India, I visited an ashram and lived there for a while. During this time, I started learning about yoga philosophy and was able to immediately apply it to my own life. Practicing yoga felt super natural to me, bringing some kind of magic back into my life, and that's why I started practicing daily.
With yoga as my background, I ventured into AcroYoga, floor, partner and circus acrobatics. I really enjoy just starting to move and seeing where it takes me. That's why you'll experience some movements or training methods in my classes inspired by other disciplines as well.
