Ziel des Workshops ist der Icarien Vorwärtssalto auf einer L-Base.

Als Zwischenschritte werden wir von sauberen Strecksprüngen auf der Base und unterstützen Saltos auf dem Boden uns langsam und sicher zu den Icarien vorarbeiten

I'm Ben. I love to train acrobatics since five years, where my journey started from L-Base flows to Icarian and more and more towards standing (dynamic) acrobatics.
I also enjoy eating snacks and massage people :)

Next to these things on Acro festivals, I really like to climb, especially in an alpine environment.
