Vinyasa Yoga Teacher with experience of 7 years of teaching Yoga and 11 years of practice. I constantly educate myself in the field of Yoga, because it is an endless path of development. During my classes I use different Yoga styles like Vinyasa, Iyengar method or Ashtanga to adapt the practice to individual needs. I believe that Yoga has transformative power and helps the practitioner realize their full potential.

The aim of this restorative Yoga workshop is to reduce pain caused by intensive training, prevent injuries, restore mobility, regenerate and relax of the body and mind.
Restorative Yoga is for everybody who feels the need of reduce pain caused by intensive training, injury prevention through right movement, restore mobility, regenerate and relax of the body and mind. With the right approach we can regain our energy and readiness for intensive advanced practice. Everyone is welcome!
