In this workshop we'll mix foot juggling with icarians into a flow. The focus of the throws will be on being technically challenging like linking and turning into multiple directions at the same time and less about full power and height.
Icarians and whip pops are each by themselves challenging and fun, but why not combining both to make it even better! We will combine some smaller and bigger moves into a flow which will finish with a big icarian trick.
After the awesome energy in last years counterbalances workshop in which we shared a big variety of tricks we offer a second one and bring yet more variations for you to try out in multiple difficulties. Often times there will be an easy and a harder version of the same kind of trick so you can choose according too your level what suites you. The nice thing about counter balances is that they most of the time look really nice, so they are predestined for shows, Photoshoots or most importantly just to have fun together.
You probably know the rising whip, we will teach you the backwards rising whip and add a pop to throne, rev throne and other related pops.
We will play around with different entries and exits from reverse H2H. We mainly see only 1 or 2 ways of how people go into rev H2H. While there are a lot more variations, some maybe even easier, others a bit more challenging.
