This evening Regenerative Yoga practice will be an encounter with what exists in the space of body and mind. Gently and mindfully, we will embark on a regenerative journey for our bodies and minds. Attentive to every moment of movement, breath, and relationship with space, we will experience the magic of regeneration after a hard day. Regenerative Yoga is designed for anyone who needs to reduce pain caused by intense training, prevent injuries through proper movement, restore mobility, and regenerate and relax body and mind. Appropriate modifications to the asanas will enhance their therapeutic potential, while a meditative state will relax our nervous system and prepare us for a good night's sleep. The workshops will be tailored to the needs and abilities of participants, and there will be tips for beginners.
