A sequence specifically dedicated to improve back-bending, spine motion and general flexibility. We will be going through specific exercises and techniques to support increasing your range of motion in a safe and efficient way.
A workshop to get acquainted with kink & bdsm as a PLAY between consenting and aware adults. This will be an exploration through theory and practice of different tools, and strictly non-sexual. With this workshop we invite a safer and judgement & shame-free space to talk, listen, experiment and/or learn, as we create new opportunities and invitations fo play & spicy practices in our intimacy. Everything will be optional and an invitation, with strong frame of consent & confidentiality.
