Next to to Acro Yoga, conscious touch and massage have always been a passion of mine. For the past few years, I have been diving deeper into it and offer now foot reflexology massages and Ayurvedic Marma massages.

I would love to share my passion for feet with you, provide some knowledge about foot reflexology massage, and help you connect more with your feet :)

For those of you who haven't heard of foot reflexology: it is based on the idea that the whole body is mirrored in our feet and by massaging the zones we can help the corresponding parts in our body to heal.

Especially in Acro Yoga, our feet are needed and worked with a lot, so let's give them some loving touch and massage! 👣❤️

In the workshop we will partner up and massage each others feet, You can come with partner or find one there :)
Please come with clean feet and cut your finger nails (especially the thumb nails) in advance.
Bring a pillow and blanket to be more comfy :)
