For right around 10 years, I’ve eagerly been flying and basing, learning and laughing with Acroyoga. And through my studies; physiotherapy, thai yoga massage, contact impro and different courses around embodiment and somatics, I’ve developed my own approach to Acroyoga, that to me today is more like a funny dance that requires good skills of communication.
Originally I’m schooled as a gymnast, but with my experience and excitement for Dance and Bodywork, my teaching is inspired from a big variety of dancy elements, anatomical inputs, playfullness and gentle touch.
The past two years I've been joining ACRONIA both as Sani and as a teacher. This year l'll try to take off the healthcare hat knowing, though it will travel with me wherever :-)

In this workshop we'll lead you into a dance of two to explore balance and contact, supporting and surrendering to each other.
We'll visit basic acroyoga poses, play with different entrances and exits, and combine it all into a series of movements that you can lead into your own personal and unique dance and connection.
In this workshop we want to offer an intro to Belly Basing. When one is Belly Basing, as opposed to L-Basing, the base is lying on the ... belly! It's a wonderful practice to strengthen the antagonist muscles when your legs are already a bit sore from L-basing, and it requires a surprising amount of balance and communication. Join us and try it out!
A bit of slackro, a bit of twisting and turning. We will be offering an acroyoga washing machine that will include lots of foot to shin balances, mono-thrones and rotations.
In this workshop we will goofy around until you don’t know where your feet are anymore. Many positions you might have tried before, but the transitions and the foot-placement - we think you might be surprised! Prepare for a lot of twisting, turning, and balancing!
In this workshop we want to introduce you to different ways of balancing on your hands - on a friend. When we do handstands on bodyparts of others, we create a beautiful play of communication, searching for balance together and listening carefully to each other.
