I am a movementlover from Hamburg currently living in the beautiful Trier.
I study Pedagogy and love to explore my surroundings through movement. In the past I did this through dance, fighting and parkour. In the last two years my focus shifted towards Acroyoga. I especially like to dive deep into whippops, whiptransitions and linking them in a smoth way. I love to come together to play and share the infinite playground that our bodys our surroundings and our ideas are offering

In this workshop we will teach you the foundation for all further playing with whips and whippops: a solid Tarzan.
The workshop is meant both, for people that have no experience with dynamic L-Base acro and for people that are already practicing the Tarzan but want to get it clean and ready for the next whip-adventures.
In this workshop you will learn the Mortalito, a foundational, but still quite tricky whippop. First we are going to work on a nice "Mortalitoish" Tarzan which is the bread and butter (or hummus or whatever you like on your bread) for learning a Mortalito. Then there will be exercises for finding the right tempo for the pop together and finally you will work on throwing and flying the actual trick.
The prereqs are:
1: A solid tarzan (without spotters needed)
2: Experience with Icarians (bird to bird, throne to throne)
3: Optional: Experience with whippop to throne
The first and the second prereq will be checked after the warmup.
The kick up is the move cool people in actionmovies do when they fell to the ground and want to stand up with style. Outside of movies it is used in Parkour, Brakedance and other movement disciplins.
In this workshop we will work on detailed progressions and concepts to learn the kickup. It is quite a technical move but it ist possible to break it down in several pieces that are easier to practise. In the end of the workshop you might be able to do your first kickups but at least you will have a wide toolbox to keep practising it. The kickup is not a move most people learn in their first session.
Prereq: there is no fixed prereq, because you can achieve the move with either flexibility, strength or skill. Things that will benifit the learningprogress are being able to do: some pushups, a backbridge, jumps starting in a deep squat position, sissysquats.
The Macaco is a capoeira-move that is also called "the Monkey flip" sometimes.
In this workshop we will work on detailed progressions and concepts to unlock your first macaco or to refine it. There are different ways to do the macaco and some are quit achievable to learn in one session others usualy need more time to practise. I want to give you tools to keep practising and playing with this wonderfull move.
As a prereq you should be able to do a cartwheel and a backbridge can be quite helpfull.
You have gained confidence height and precision in your tarzan-whip and want to start to add some airtime? Then come to our workshop and learn your first whippops. We will progress step by step to learn the Tarzan to throne pop in a safe way.
Prereq: Deep and stable tarzen whithout spotters needed
