Stop forcing yourself into your front split or turning your hips... Let's work on the proper alignment and slow approach to open and strengthen all those muscles to get you deeper into your front splits with control. Flexibility comes from building strength at the deepest point of the stretch, not just trying to force it. Even if you already have a front split, let's push it a bit further and perfect your alignment and control there.

Hey, I'm Sydney from New Jersey, USA (based in Koh Phangan, Thailand)! I have been a personal trainer for 8 years with a focus in joint care and neuromuscular stretching, and a yoga teacher for about 4 years. My main practices these days include acroyoga (love to flow and been moving into the world of standing), pilates, and flexibility training. Nothing keeps me entertained and happy as much as moving my body to feel good and see what I'm capable of.
