This workshop will give you a lot of technical drills to improve your foot to hand practise. We will see some routines to get stronger in the hands for bases and understand how to give your weight to take care of your base.
Alizee Acroconnexion is a French circus pedagog passionate by movement, acro and all practices around. She is now giving more and more attention to dancing to find more connection.
She likes to teach with different partners from different part of the world. She likes to teach standing, acroslack, flows and mix different disciplines.
Guyom is an Acroyoga teacher and photographer with extensive experience leading retreats and teaching at festivals. A former world-class skydiving athlete and university teacher, he combines precision, safety, and playfulness in workshops that blend partner yoga, dynamic acro, and Thai massage for all levels.
