A lot of balancing and even more falling until you get it
we'll work a lot on how to balance and fall without spotter;
we aim for cartwheel from the ground to free star... everything without hands!
prereq: 3sec free star; flyer daring to fall to the back and stepping out to the ground (can still be spotted)
Passionate about acro, meditation and pushing limits.
