I am an Italian living in Köln, with a background in artistic gymnastics, which I practiced and taught for several years. After that, I practiced contemporary dance and aerial silks, and since 3 years I like to bring my artistic and sports experience into acroyoga. My cup of tea are definitely Icarians, but I like to mix them with flows, whips, and why not some standing and acrodance! I am really excited to share my passion with you!

(11 Years of Dance with Lifts in the Cologne Carnival)
In early 2013, I suffered a sudden hearing loss and, by chance, joined the trial training of the "Echte Fründe." Weighing nearly 100 kg and "without muscles," I had almost two weeks of muscle soreness after the training. A friend asked, "Marvin, how are you?" and when I told him about the muscle soreness, he was puzzled – and so was I: the hearing loss had disappeared.
That’s when I made the decision: All in! Movement is health!
Since then, acrobatics has become an indispensable part of my life: acrobatics means physical and mental health, team spirit, and community beyond all boundaries. Now, I look forward to learning new things at Acronia and incorporating them into my dance group, while also giving others an insight into the technique of Cologne lifts.
