We will teach Mortalito (Whip + pop + land in American chair/Straddle). This workshop is open to those who want to try for the first time, but also to those who want to clean their Mortalito ;)
Prereq: solid tarzan without spotter + experience with pops
I am an Italian living in Köln, with a background in artistic gymnastics, which I practiced and taught for several years. After that, I practiced contemporary dance and aerial silks, and since 3 years I like to bring my artistic and sports experience into acroyoga. My cup of tea are definitely Icarians, but I like to mix them with flows, whips, and why not some standing and acrodance! I am really excited to share my passion with you!
