We start with a special warmup for whips. After that we will use the tarzan whip to learn step by step the small mortolito in a safe way. Than we learn with some progressions the rising whip and If we have more time we probably put them all together in a little whip flow.
André's movement journey began with a passion for dancing, before he dove into the powerful art and practice of acro yoga.
What truly excites him is the fusion of these two realms, especially via dance lifts.
