Wir werden hier stark auf die Technik achten und es ruhig aufbauen. Wir wollen besonders die Perspektive einnehmen, wie Menschen, die Erfahrung beim Fliegen haben plötzlich Basen können.

Beyond the tech realm, I've got a soft spot for understanding the nitty-gritty of acro technique. From handstands to dynamic moves, breaking down the mechanics fuels my passion for this incredible practice.
I am an Italian living in Köln, with a background in artistic gymnastics, which I practiced and taught for several years. After that, I practiced contemporary dance and aerial silks, and since 3 years I like to bring my artistic and sports experience into acroyoga. My cup of tea are definitely Icarians, but I like to mix them with flows, whips, and why not some standing and acrodance! I am really excited to share my passion with you!
