In diesem Workshop erwartet Euch ein Flow, in dem weder die Base noch der Flyer Hände benutzen. Es erwarten Euch Slackro-Moves und Icarians, aber auch klassische Figuren wie Sidestars oder Stars - eben nur ohne Hände.
Als Voraussetzung erwarten wir einen stabilen Sidestar, Icarian-Würfe vom Bird zum Throne & umgekehrt & richtig gutes Spotting.

In this workshop we teach you a flow in which neither the flyer nor the base are using hands. You can expect Slackro and Icarians and familiar moves like Sidestar or Star - only without hands.
The Prereqs are a stable Sidestar, Icarian from Throne to Bird / from Bird to Throne & really good spotting.
