In diesem Workshop erwartet Euch ein Flow, in dem weder die Base noch der Flyer Hände benutzen. Er besteht hauptsächlich aus Icarians, beinhaltet aber auch klassische Figuren wie Sidestar oder Buddha - nur alle Übergänge und Figuren eben ohne Hände.
Als Voraussetzung erwarten wir einen stabilen Sidestar, stabilen F2F, Icarian-Würfe vom Bird zum Throne & umgekehrt & richtig gutes Spotting.

In this workshop we teach you a flow in which neither the flyer nor the base are using hands. You can expect mostly Icarians but also familiar moves like Sidestar or Buddha - just every transition and figure without the use of your hands.
The Prereqs are a stable Sidestar, stable F2F, Icarian from Throne to Bird / from Bird to Throne & really good spotting.
