This workshop will be an introduction to Standing Acrobatics. Join us if you have never tried Standing Acro before or if you want to improve your technique and gain more confidence in the basic standing positions. We will work with poses like Two High, Camel and High Bird, focusing on how to make these poses safe and accessible for everyone.
I am born in Germany, but found my home in Denmark. My passions lie in rock climbing and acroyoga, with a special love for standing acrobatics.
In 2024, I completed my teacher training with SAFE Acrobatics, which has only fueled my eagerness to share the joy acro has brought to my life and continue learning. I am looking forward to connect, play, and explore new heights with you at the festival!
Kristian is passionate about acro, people, yoga, and handstands, he's been teaching acro across South America and Asia. For the past six years, been a core part of Acro Denmark, building community and sharing the joy of movement - has a long history practicing with Leslie. Let’s fly, balance, and grow together!
