Hi, I'm Stefan, and my passion is to work with the body. I help people heal chronic pain and trauma through movement and massage.

From 2014 to 2018 I formed myself in contemporary dance in Toulouse, and also had my first contact with Acroyoga. After that I danced with Compagnie Divergences, and started teaching Acroyoga classes on festivals all around Europe.

In 2019 Ecstatic Dance took me to Madrid, where I studied the healing power of liberated dancing, movement and massage, from which I created my extraordinary massage styles. Since 2022 I live in Tenerife where I apply all those magnificent techniques to help people heal chronic pain, anxiety and depression, and connect more deeply with life.

Starting in 2025 I am offering technique-focused Acroyoga classes online, for those who want to make some big leaps in their technical ability.

My beginners to advanced classes are very detail-oriented and energetic, with a focus on finding flow, and taking care of our bodies.
