Jannis Wacker

In this workshop we'll cover all the different rotational axis of whip-pops and share how to increase height and rotation. Rather then just us teaching you we want to open room for your ideas, opinions and work-arounds as well.
Exemplary tricks are Tarzan-180°/360°, Tarzan-to-whale, Tarzan-to-log.
Important: we will not teach whip-pops from scratch, but rather deconstruct the mechanics behind it to improve upon our excisting tricks.
Longes are for everyone ... who knows how to use them safely.
So come by for an introduction and some first practice of lining so that you and your Acro-partners can advance your tricks to the next level while staying safe.
Here we don‘t bother with technical and precise icarians. Here we keep throwing and catching some less famous icarians from different positions like office chair, ranita, whale, etc. and connect them into a odd and fun sequence revolving over multiple axes. It will also be fun for spotters ;)
Fun and playful icarians and pops from base to base. A changing set-up of Bases will force us to stay creative.
Perfect workshop for all flyers, that enjoy rollercoasters, and all bases that prefer worrying about the thorw or the catch, rather than both.
We will play with different Icarians in a vertical rotational axis (because who doesn't crave Pizza after several festival days). After warming-up and gaining some airtime, we will explore variuos flyer-shapes and learn to connect them, while pushing our limits of maximum possible rotaion.
Creative and demokratic play with 2 L-bases and a flyer.
This workshop will be less about individual tricks and more about leaving the trodden path.
We start with flowy acroyoga transitions and end with simple icarians from base to base.
Each little group can decide their ambition and difficulty leven on their own.
The Shushunova is a usefull tool giving the flyers more control and extra rotation with many icarians and Standing dynamics. So it's worth spending some time on clean technique and drills before we apply the trick to some real icarians.
Depending on your level, we can work with different moves and bring your throne-to-bird, full-handspring, or F2f-to-bird to the next level.
We want to explore some unusual standing practices to expand your repertoire with camel throws (dynamic moves thrown through a high-Z) and forearm jumps (flyers jump of S-base forearms).
Our Goals will be Handstand on Shoulders, Rev. H2H, and F2H, but feel free to let your creativity go wild.
