My name is Viola and I come from a gymnastics background. I practice and teach acroyoga since 4/5 years and my cup of tea are Icarian games, but I love flowy and whippy things as well. I am looking forward to meeting you in the workshops :D

My first poppy flow

This acroyoga flow contains basic positions of acroyoga (like shoulder stand, Maria, secretary) and a couple of pops to spice things up a bit! This workshop is perfect if you have already gone through the basics of acroyoga and you feel ready to add something new ;)
