With a background in athletics, mountain biking, and rock climbing, I’ve spent the past several years fully immersed in the world of partner acrobatics - teaching, performing, and playing acro around the globe. I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can push their limits and surprise themselves. Few things are more rewarding than witnessing that moment of empowerment when someone achieves a skill they once thought impossible.

I am a passionate acrobat from Belgium and have a hard time choosing between handstands, icarian, standing acro and whip-pops! I started gymnastics at the age of 6 in a small town club ‘De Greves’ in Hamme.
Following my passion, I obtained my Masters degree in Sports and Movement Sciences as well as my teaching degree in 2016 at the University of Leuven. Afterwards I rolled into the circusworld and have been traveling- teaching – performing around Europe.
In 2024, we enrolled in a big new adventure together : the Acro Church! We bought and transformed a historic church into a unique event venue where we host a wide variety of classes and invite top teachers from around the world. A space for acro, handstands, culture and community!

Different backwards rotating icarians. We start with sharing our apraoch for martinis and back tucks. You should be already working on them (with spotter/ longe), so we can really go into detail and maybe check out some variations if there is still enough time.
We see a lot of people try cascades starting from foot to hand which is not necessarily the easiest approach. We will check for timing, certain body positions in specific moments of the trick and power out put (more is not always better) to make a hard trick as achievable as possible.
Original Whip pop we came up with last year. The final trick is a full fish with a 90 degree side rotation to log. yes, thats challenging but we break it apart in a lot of pre-exercises which are fun tricks by it self.
We aim to help improve and stabilize your hand-to-hand skills with specific drills we share, in order to built a strong and healthy platform for all other tricks that built upon it.
Mono foot to hand and hand to hand is a journey - the longer you keep doing it, the more you learn about details that later might turn out to essentials. we collected the details we picked up on our own journey and share them with you.
