  wir gemeinsam durch einen dynamischen AkroYoga-Flow (u.a. Parts aus „Ba
 llerina“ und „Ninja Star“)\, entdecken kleine Pops und lernen\, wie 
 man sie mit Leichtigkeit\, Vertrauen und Freude integriert. \nIdeal für i
 ntermediate AkroYogis\, die ihre ersten Pop-Erfahrungen machen oder ihre T
 echnik verfeinern möchten. Im Workshop bauen wir zum Übergang flowige El
 emente ein – u.a. Parts aus „Ballerina“ und „Ninja Star“. In der
  Welt der Pops tasten wir uns langsam an "Whale to Bird" und "Bird to (Mon
 o?) Reverse Star" heran. \n\nWir freuen uns auf dich\, \nKatha & Stefan
