DESCRIPTION:This workshop focuses on developing leg coordination\, strength
\, and proprioception through isometric sequences performed in inverted po
sitions\, primarily handstand. Participants will explore structured leg pa
thways by moving through a clear order of fundamental shapes: straight\, a
natomical position\, open straddle\, straddle pike\, transitioning into tu
ck\, and returning to straight. The practice emphasizes controlled transit
ions between each position\, using sustained isometric engagement to impro
ve spatial awareness\, symmetry\, and clarity of leg intention. Through pr
ogressive exercise sequences linking these basic shapes\, participants wil
l refine their ability to organize the lower body independently while main
taining balance\, alignment\, and control in inversion.

DESCRIPTION:This workshop explores advanced leg and hip coordination in han
dstands through asymmetrical and asynchronous movement patterns. Participa
nts will work on developing true independence of each leg\, introducing th
e moonwalking exercise\, where one leg advances while the other retreats\,
alternating foot articulation between flexed and pointed positions. The w
ork begins on the floor to build proprioception\, spatial awareness\, and
coordination\, before transferring the same movement logic into inverted p
ositions. During the second half of the workshop\, the focus shifts to hip
independence\, allowing participants to clearly perceive and control each
side of the pelvis\, and progressively introduce asynchronous leg actions
while maintaining balance\, scapular protraction\, and overall alignment
 in handstand.

DESCRIPTION:This workshop focuses on the technical and physical foundations
of the press to handstand\, approached as a progressive and sustainable p
rocess. We will break down the movement into key components such as should
er alignment and scapular control\, core compression\, hip mobility\, and
weight transfer. Through specific mobility work\, strength preparation\, a
nd guided progressions (using the support of a partner and controlled nega
tives )\, participants will explore different press pathways and pre-exerc
ises for perception (straddle and pike) according to their bodies and curr
ent level. The workshop emphasizes body awareness\, efficiency\, and long-
term development rather than achieving a quick result.
