 pecific warmup and technique exercises\, tips and tricks to make Whips mor
 e safe\, detailed description of our favorite Mortailito techniques (while
  acknowledging that there is room for more than one technique)\, timing ex
 ercises\, accessable progressions from regular to Full Mortalito without o
 vercomplicating the move.\nAt least 30 minutes of the workshop we will wor
 k on high and clean mortalitos.\nThe better the Mortalito is\, the easier 
 it is to add a quarter rotation \; )\n\n\nCAUTION! Whips can be dangerous\
 , if you don't put enough time in bulding your foundations\, the calibrati
 on and trust in your partner. In our workshops we want to enable everybody
  to work on these. If we see people who endanger others by overestimating 
 their level we are going to ask them to leave at the beginning of the work
 shop.
