 Foot-to-Shin (the flyer stands on the shins of the base)\n- Shin-to-Foot (
 aka "Maria": the base holds the shins of the flyer with their feet)\n\nAnd
  we will land in Reverse Star\, obviously with suitable progressions and s
 teps! \;-) \n\nFlyers: Please\, do not wear earrings\, necklaces\, or big 
 facial piercing! (This is a general advice for acro or icarians\,.. but it
 's particulary important for Cascades! )\n\nCheck the prereqs\, please! \n
 Additional tip:  It´s recommended to have already tried some other Cascad
 e (or mini Cascade) variations
