DESCRIPTION:In this workshop\, we open the space also for a collective disc
 ussion on shared responsibility to support consent culture in our communit
 ies and facilitate accountability and repair with a restorative approach.\
 n\nI will share with the group some tools\, frameworks and procedures that
  I have had a chance to use and found transformative & impactful\, during 
 my work supporting consent incident resolution & mediation in different fe
 stival\, burn events and communities. \nThese are rooted in restorative ju
 stice\, fostering empathy\, repair and inclusion as much as possible. \n\n
 We will take some time in collective intelligence to use these tools and t
 ry and "resolve" examples of consent incident cases\, exploring how they c
 an help us to build better\, clearer and more structured processes to supp
 ort all parties and the collective. \n\nI hope we can together develop sup
 port and ressources dedicated to support the acro community\, which foster
  more consent & care culture.\n\nDepending on the time & interest\,  I wou
 ld love to open a discussion power dynamics at play in acro communities an
 d how to hold safer spaces being mindful of how they affect them. \n\n\n**
