This workshop is about mastering the sidestar as integral element of dynamic and advanced flowing. We will focus on the eight different basic versions, refine your technique and look into various entries. You will learn to work together as a team, stabilising each other and to master the underlying principles of a stable sidestar. Great if you have just learned sidestar and want to learn more technique and also amazing as a refresher to work towards free sidestar!
Acro to me means play, consent, exploration, challenge and shared wins. It is the sport that I could do all day long, every day - and not notice how exhausting it actually is. ;) As part of the SAFE Acrobatics family and certified acrobatics trainer, it is important to me to teach acro so that it is accessible & safe for everyone. You can expect a focus on technique, an eye for details and useful drills, without losing the fun out of sight! Let's play together!
