In this Fire Safety Workshop, we cover the essential knowledge and practices for safely working with fire.

We start with understanding personal and shared responsibilities, including key roles like Fire Safety Leads and Spotters. We will talk about the basics of fire behavior – how it spreads, what fuels it, and how environmental factors like wind affect it. Also, how to check your props and know your props and check them prior to contact with fire.

We will give a detailed introduction to the fueling and shaking station. Also, why wearing fire-resistant clothing and having protective gear on hand is critical.

Finally, we train on fire suppression tools such as wet blankets or fire extinguishers.
