Beyond the tech realm, I've got a soft spot for understanding the nitty-gritty of acro technique. From handstands to dynamic moves, breaking down the mechanics fuels my passion for this incredible practice.
I am an Italian living in Köln, with a background in artistic gymnastics, which I practiced and taught for several years. After that, I practiced contemporary dance and aerial silks, and since 3 years I like to bring my artistic and sports experience into acroyoga. My cup of tea are definitely Icarians, but I like to mix them with flows, whips, and why not some standing and acrodance! I am really excited to share my passion with you!
