L-Basing is my home-base, but it requires very little convincing to get me to happily do standing.
When offering workshops and classes, I like to focus on progressions, spotting and clear communication to make the tricks as safe and reproduceable as possible.
Workshops

As per the attribute definiton we want to intruduce you to some unfamliar l-basing icarians to increase our repertoire and have fun.
Prereq: experience with "normal" icarians (thron->bird, log-180°, thron-180°)
