We will start the day with well-balanced, regenerative movement and mindful breathing. The morning classes will begin with meditation and pranayama, followed by asana practice. Breathing combined with movement and full awareness will create space in our body and mind, which we will be able to fill with health and energy. Through dynamic movement, we will awaken and strengthen the body, and then turn our attention inward to a calm mind. We will also take care of our injuries by modifying the asanas accordingly and strengthen our bodies to protect them from the strain of a long day of acrobatic challenges. The workshops will be tailored to the needs and abilities of the participants, with plenty of tips for beginners.
