ACRONIA 2026

My name is Leon,

I love acroyoga, fire spinning, shibari, and just being active and doing crazy stunts. My background in engineering and startups makes me love to build things, including my van, which you will most likely find me in! Acro festivals have become a happy place for that part of me that grew up on the road, surrounded by chill lives and good vibes. Being active, finding a cold river to dip in, and an evening of music with a campfire is a perfect day for me.

Shibari - Empathy Through Ropes (Beginner/Beginner+)
Leon

Shibari is a very modern art of tying ropes.
It has some similarities to ancient Japanese martial art called Hojojutsu, but it has largely evolved into something completely else over hundreds of years with many different interpretations.
I searched for something that allowed me to connect to someone emotionally and intimately, but not necessarily sexually.
Shibari is what I grew to love, and now I spread my interpretation: empathy and connection through ropes. Join me, bring a partner, and you will learn how to create a safe space, begin and build a Shibari session.
We will go over safety and fundamentals for beginners.
This workshop is for pairs only. You can try to find a partner in front of the tent before the workshop, but be aware that you might have to leave again.
Some set of ropes will be provided but please feel free to bring your own ropes if you have.
