This is a relaxed, playful workshop in which we will explore different acro poses with at least 3 participants: a "base", a "mid", and a "flyer".
There will also be figures with more bases or more than one mid or flyer, suitable for groups of 4, 5, or 6 persons, depending on the level and the number of participants.
We will have easier options for people with little experience and more complex variations for those with more experience ;-)

A sport and movement enthusiast, I fell in love with acroyoga and partner acrobatics in 2021.
I have since explored different styles and ended up developing a preference for dynamic skills and handsfree exercises.
I am always looking for a chance to share my love and passion for this wonderful sport, and I will make it my personal mission to teach you how to conquer that one move you have been struggling with for months... ;-)
However, at the end of the day, my ultimate aim is having fun with you and sending you home (aka tent!) after each class with a new set of skills and a big smile on your face! :D
