ACRONIA 2026

Leading and following in the dance of acroyoga
15.08.2026 , Outlands (L-Base Statics, H2H, F2H)
Sprache: Deutsch

Acroyoga is not just about shapes—it’s a conversation in motion.

In this class, we explore leading and following as a dynamic dance, where direction emerges from touch, timing, and attention rather than force or instruction. Through guided exercises and short flows, you’ll experience how clarity, listening, and responsiveness create ease in partnership.

We’ll work with:

  • Learning the necesseary tools to communicate without word

  • Transitioning between leading and following without stopping the flow

  • Staying connected while taking responsibility for our own role.

You’ll be invited to play in all roles—base, flyer, and spotter—discovering how leadership can be supportive and how following can be active and creative.

The emphasis is on presence over precision and relationship over result. Expect moments of stillness, improvisation, and laughter, as well as clear structures that make the exploration safe and accessible.

Come dance.

Kasper is one of the most gentle and thoughtful Acro teachers we could wish for.

He has a dedicated solo practice, yet truly thrives in connection with the people around him. Kasper brings care and intention to his teaching, making sure you don’t just learn something — but strives to help you understand what you’re doing and why.
Having been part of the Acro world for quite some time, he brings perspective — connecting the latest “acro trends” with a grounded sense of why we practice. His classes are always infused with subtle humor, depth, and a genuine care for the people he teaches.

Kasper practices what he preaches, listening attentively to the room and bringing his most authentic self to the mat.
When joining his class, expect to share the joy of your developing your practice, laughing together when it feels hopeless as well as a space where you can open your heart and allow yourself to be moved.
